EXECUTIVE PASTOR • FOUNDER
Pastor Monnique Barron has a heart for women and a passion for seeing people grow in faith, love, and purpose. She creates space for women to feel seen, encouraged, and empowered to become everything God has called them to be.
Mission: To be a trusted resource that nurtures and guides girls and women on the path to becoming all God has created and called them to be.
Vision: As I continue to walk in God's healing, I see Called to Become as a trusted resource that helps girls and women discover and become who God created them to be. Through biblical teaching, classes, conferences, retreats, mentorship, and media, we will equip, encourage, and empower them to live with purpose and confidence.
With God's guidance and the support of faithful partners, we are committed to transforming girls and women from mediocrity, hopelessness, and limitations; leading them into a life of excellence, wholeness, and the fulfillment of God's calling.
