WHY WCC?
By Teressa K.
This is just a little note to say thank you for being willing vessels used by God to bless others. I made the decision to join WCC after attending one service, not knowing that Pastor Barron was preparing the congregation in the year 2007 to achieve their desired results. In March 2007, the Lord told me that He had given me favor this year to achieve those things that I had desired years ago. In May of this year, just before joining WCC, with God’s blessing, I walked away from my job to begin the process of starting my own business, TMK Enterprise. It has been a desire of mine for years to be an Independent Process Improvement Consultant, for public sector-based organizations. I began seeking the Lord for an opportunity that would enable me to train under a mentor so that I can begin developing a positive reputation in the industry, and as a result find the niche that I can fill to prosper my business.
As of August 13, 2007, I am an Independent Project Consultant for Peralta Community College District in Oakland. Praise the Lord! Below is a brief overall objective for the project:
The overall objective of Bay Area Regional Tech Prep Collaborative is to strengthen and coordinate regional workforce development activities in the Bay Area by establishing an active and ongoing relationship between education, business, and workforce development institutions. The partners of BARTPC will be committed to engaging in a collaborative regional approach towards aligning career technical education and pathway programs with the emerging workforce needs of industry partners in Northern California.
Thank you for your labor of love. It has truly blessed me immensely.
